All Calls, emails & texts are logged onto the cloud based system meaning our customers can check on the status of their orders, no matter the time or day. Our system also allows us to track all live orders so we can intercept any potential problems so we can find a solution before it even becomes an issue to the customer or end user. Our Customer service team are trained to be proactive in all communications with the customers every step of the process, from booking the delivery, planning the disposals as well as our premium White Glove room of choice service. Checking in with the drivers on the day of delivery to ensure they are running on time and assisting them with any additional information to help them with the delivery on the day.

We Offer Collection Services

One of our many brilliant services we offer with our Home delivery is to also collect and dispose of any old mattresses and bedframes, ensuring its disposed of responsibly and sustainably. We also unpack and remove any of the packaging ensuring that these are also Recycled responsibly.
